I'm trying to make more of our snack foods as opposed to buying them, both to save money and keep scary ingredients to keep this recipe simple and easy to make with ingredients on hand, i have omitted the cream of tartar called for in some traditional recipes.

2 cups hot coffee

2 tablespoons coconut oil

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Directions

Blend coffee, coconut oil, and butter together in a blender until oil and butter are melted and coffee is frothy.

Cook's Notes:

Use unsalted grass-fed butter. Preheat your blender with hot water to make sure your coffee doesn't start out cold.
